Question
How to set up mail forwarding for incoming emails?
Answer
- Go to Mail > john.doe@example.com > Forwarding tab ( Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > john.doe@example.com > Forwarding tab)
- Select the Switch on mail forwarding checkbox.
- Specify one or several email addresses to which email must be forwarded. When specifying email addresses, separate them with white spaces, commas, semicolons, or type each of them on a new line.
- Click OK.
Note: Email will be stored in mailbox and another copy will be sent to forwarded mailbox.
- If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, go to Mail > email address , clear the Mailbox checkbox, and click OK
Note: Existing mail content will not be removed when disabling the Mailbox functionality

I need to forward all mails distent for a domain to another mail server with Obsedian Linux, can we do that?
In my plesk Obsidian 18.0.32 does not appears the option to send to Ouside domains, like Hotmail or gmail.
Only to internal domain, to other plesk users. There is no explanation to change that, so it's almost useless.
any way to send to outside domains?
thanks
jose
