Question
How to set up mail forwarding for incoming emails?
Answer
-
Go to Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Accounts > john.doe@example.com > Forwarding tab
-
Select the Switch on mail forwarding checkbox.
-
Specify one or several email addresses to which email must be forwarded. When specifying email addresses, separate them with white spaces, commas, semicolons, or type each of them on a new line.
-
Note: Email will be stored in mailbox and another copy will be sent to forwarded mailbox.
-
If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, check Do not deliver copies of forwarded emails to the Plesk mailbox, and click OK:

I need to forward all mails distent for a domain to another mail server with Obsedian Linux, can we do that?
In my plesk Obsidian 18.0.32 does not appears the option to send to Ouside domains, like Hotmail or gmail.
Only to internal domain, to other plesk users. There is no explanation to change that, so it's almost useless.
any way to send to outside domains?
thanks
jose

Hello,
I have a Plex Control Panel and finding it difficult to set up an email rule for one of my emails.
For e.g.:
In my email "xxx@art-tech.in" I receive an email
From: Netcore Email API help@netcorecloud.com
Subject: Here's your OTP for 2FA verification
I want to forward a copy of this email to another email id: xxx@c-n-c.in
How can we achieve this, Please help?
PS: The same works in outlook by creating a Rule. But, it works only if the outlook application is open, If the outlook application is closed, it won't work.
I click the button for "Do not deliver copies of forwarded emails to the Plesk mailbox" but mail is delivered through anyway. The button appears to do nothing. Please help because the mail keeps filling up the inbox.
