The following warning is shown after a pre-migration check:
Warning: Service plan 'Example service plan' on source server has PHP handler that is not installed on the target server: running in unknown mode.
This is a Plesk Migrator bug with ID PMT-4150 , which will be fixed in future product updates.
Apply a workaround below.
Note: If migration wasn't started yet, this fix is only required to be applied on source server.
If migration was already started, as this is your case, then apply fix in source and destination servers.
Connect to the Plesk server via SSH .
Create a backup of the Plesk system database:
# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -uadmin psa > /root/psa_backup.sql
Connect to the Plesk system database:
# plesk db
Find ID of 'Example service plan' from pre-migration check with the following query:
MYSQL_LIN: mysql> SELECT id FROM Templates WHERE name='Example service plan';
