- Using correct password it's not possible to login to Smartermail webmail for specific mailbox, nothing happens, it redirects to login page again.
- Despite of the fact that password for mailbox was successfully changed via Plesk > Domains > exmple.com > Mail > email@example.com it's still impossible to login to webmail.
- It's not possible to login to webmail even if password was directly changed in Smartermail.
Smartermail shows empty password for user:
Smartermail admin > example.com > Manage > john.doe > Edit > Show password
plesk repair maildoesn't fix the issue.
