Connect to the server via SSH.

Execute below command to reinstall Plesk updates:
# plesk installer update --repatch

Connect to the server via RDP.

Execute below command to reinstall Plesk updates:
C:\> plesk installer update --repatch

If the issue still occurs go to the
%plesk_dir%admin/bin
folder. -
Run the
reconfigurator.exe
file. -
Click the Repair Plesk Installation button.

Mark these checkboxes:

Plesk Server Accounts

Plesk File Security

Click the Check button.

I had this exact issue. Running the suggested command resolved the issue.
I an curious as to how I can prevent this in the future. Any indication to what has caused this?

I have the same issue, but it does not help. I can not write a ticket because my plesk version is for third party, and unfortunatly they give not such a support for VPS.
Can I do anything else? I have found the solution

After first server crash and inaccessable Plesk, i turned off the
'automatic updates' function,- but as you see, that did not solve the problem.

In case it would not help, consider submitting a request to Plesk Support.
I experience the same message since a restart of the server today. I told my provider to fix the problem. Currently I stuck here and have no access to plesk, wonderful :/
