On another mailbox on this server email@example.com, the mail forwarding to firstname.lastname@example.org is configured in Domains > example.com > Mail > email@example.com > Forwarding.
Mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org gets forwarded to email@example.com. This causes the forwarding loop and messages get discarded.
Turn off mail forwarding for one of the mail addresses that are in the loop in Domains > example.com > Mail > firstname.lastname@example.org > Forwarding:
