Question
How to give customers permission to change the Hosting Type of the domains in Plesk?
Answer
The solution may be applied for several subscriptions on the Service plan level or for a single subscription on the subscription level.
To adjust settings for all the subscriptions under one Service Plan
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Service Plans > service_plan_name > switch to the Permissions tab.
- Enable the option Hosting settings management:
- Press the Update & Sync button to apply changes.
For a single subscription
Note: The subscription will become locked after applying the steps below

Go to Subscriptions > example.com.

In the right sidebar find the Account section and click Customize.
Note: It may be required to open the sidebar if it is collapsed

In the opened window switch to the Permissions tab.

Enable the option Hosting settings management.

Press the Update & Lock button to apply changes.

I've checked it on a test server and these options are available.
Please, make sure that you're logged in to Plesk as an administrator.

I am desperately trying to get my website back on line.
The website is pulsepartyhire.co.nz and is showing as hosted on your plateform.
The company that was taking care of it, have since gone broke, and i cant for the life of me get hold of them Madmarketing ltd
