The following warning is shown at Tools & Settings > System Updates :
PLESK_WARN: Warning: Information on some packages might not be actual: inconsistencies were detected in the system's package manager database. Please resolve this issue manually.
LiteSpeed Extension is installed and the switch from Apache to LiteSpeed WebServer was performed using the extension.
dpkgutility shows that
apache2package is not configured properly:
# dpkg --audit
The following packages are only half configured, probably due to problems configuring them the first time.
The configuration should be retried using dpkg --configure <package> or the configure menu option in dselect:
apache2 Apache HTTP Server
apacheservices are active:
# service lsws status
● lsws.service - LSB: lshttpd
Active: active (exited) since Wed 2017-05-10 16:23:12 UTC; 5 days ago
# service apache2 status
● apache2.service - LSB: lshttpd

Incorrect switching to LiteSpeed WebServer.
Log into Plesk
Switch to Apache in LiteSpeed Extension at Extensions > LiteSpeed Extension > Switch to Apache .
apache2package and ensure that there are no issues in the APT database:
# dpkg --configure apache2
Setting up apache2 (2.4.18-2ubuntu3.2) ...
# dpkg --audit
Switch back to LiteSpeed WebServer at Extensions > LiteSpeed Extension > Switch to LiteSpeed
Update list of packages:
# apt-get update
