The cause is unclear at the moment.
Update MailEnable service to the latest version. For more information on how to do that refer to the following KB article:

Alternatively, if after the update the issue still persists, consider contacting MailEnable Support at https://www.mailenable.com/contact.asp, since the issue happened with PostOffice service and not in integration part with Plesk.
