Answer
PLESK_WARN: This article can be applied only if Dovecot mail server is installed, which can be confirmed in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Installed mail server.
-
Login to Horde webmail.
-
Open Mail > Filter > New Rule
-
Select the criteria Body > Contains and type the text for filtering.
-
In section Do This select Redirect to, specify an email address to redirect the messages to and click Save.

Hello
Horde 5.2.17
"redirect to" option, not available...
Any suggestion to get it in my horde?
TIA!
Hello @Karl Heinz,
> "redirect to" option, not available...
"redirect to" option is available only if dovecot is intalled on the server.
You can check it at Tools & Settings > Server Components
You should find "dovecot" here.
If "courier-imap" is used - install dovecot at Plesk > Tools&Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove components. See resolution from https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004589974 as an example.
Solved!
THANKS!
Hello! I am using roundcube filters like you explain here, but message do not support SRS, SPF is broken.
I am using "Redirect message to" or "Send message copy to" options.
Can you help me ?
Best, Agustin
@Agustin Romanos,
Hi! The instructions in this article are for Horde webmail. I can suggest looking for a Roundcube-related article in our Knowledge Base using the error you face or records from /var/log/maillog
