This event is generated when a logon request fails. It is generated on the computer where access was attempted.
In Event Viewer > Security, the following error can be found:
CONFIG_TEXT: Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) encountered a failure when it started a worker process to serve the application pool.
Disabled account for psaadm user causing stopped application pool PleskControlPanel.
- Connect to the server using RDP.
- Open Computer Management > Users > psaadm > properties and uncheck Account is disabled.
- Go to IIS > Application Pools and start PleskControlPanel pool.
