The action mentioned in the error just removes "python" and "perl" from hosting settings in the dump files before restoring. It is done in case the target server does not support Python and Perl. The issue is caused by a product bug with id #PMT-3704 which will be fixed in future Plesk updates.
This error can be safely ignored.
