Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:

The following error appears during subscription migration:

The action mentioned in the error just removes "python" and "perl" from hosting settings in the dump files before restoring. It is done in case the target server does not support Python and Perl. The issue is caused by a product bug with ID #PMT-3704 which was fixed in Plesk Migrator 2.10.10
This error can be safely ignored.
