The Mail tab is missing for some subscriptions while exist for others.
In an attempt to create a new subscription, the following error appears in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: mailmng failed: AddDomainEx(example.com) failed: Error code -6. Error message: Failed to create 'example.com'. The maximum number of domains allowed has been reached.
In an attempt to create a mailbox, the following error appears in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Unable to update the mail account properties:mailmng failed: AddUser2(firstname.lastname@example.org) failed: Error code -5. Error message: Failed to add the user 'email@example.com'. The maximum number of users for the server has been reached..
The Remote SmarterMail Server or SmarterMail Server is used as a mail server at Plesk > Tools & Settings > Server Components page.
SmarterMail license is not installed, inactive or license limits have been reached.
Log into SmarterMail web interface as an administrator.
Go to the SmarterMail > Settings > Activation > Licensing and check the mailboxes limits according to the license.
Go to the SmarterMail > Domains, find the affected domain and make sure that enough resources are allocated to it to create mailboxes:
Make the necessary changes according to the requirements.
