Error: Unable to access the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (7) Couldn't connect to server: Last FTP request: Last FTP response:
Make sure you have entered the correct storage settings. You can check them independently with the command:
    curl -v -P - --ssl -k -u vhbackup ftp://xx.xx.xx.xx/./

    Hello @Support,

Please go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Remote Storage Settings > FTP

    1. Try to disable Use FTPS

    2. Make sure that directory specified correctly in field Directory for backup files storage, for example: ftp://203.0.113.2/example/

    3. Make sure that FTP Password is correct and you able to access FTP storage using an 3-party FTP client.

If none of above help - please submit a ticket to Plesk support for further investigation. https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608509-How-to-submit-a-request-to-Plesk-support-
