This is Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-6139 and will be fixed in future product updates.

Resolution

  1. Create a backup of PSA database:

    # MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -u admin psa > psa`date +%F_%H.%M`.sql

  2. Open the database:

    # plesk db

  3. Find ID of the subdomain in psa.domains table and update related entry in psa.dom_param table:

    mysql> SELECT id, name FROM domains WHERE name = "<subdomain_name>";

    mysql> UPDATE dom_param SET val='none' WHERE param='seoRedirect' AND dom_id=<domain_id_from_query_above>;

  4. Rebuild webserver configuration files for subdomain as below:

    # plesk repair web <subdomain_name>
