How to share a folder between mail users in Plesk Premium Email?
How to create shared folder in Plesk Premium Email?
Answer
For example, it is needed to share the Inbox folder of
user1@example.com
with
user2@example.com.
In order to do this, follow the steps:
- Log in to Kolab as
user1@example.com
and go under Settings > Folders > Inbox > Add entry:
- Specify username user2 in User field and select required rights:

user2@example.com
account should appear in Sharing section:
- Log in to Kolab as
user2@example.com
and click Manage folders
- Subscribe to user1 folder by checking the box under Folders > Other Users > user1:
- As a result, the Inbox folder of
user1@example.com
account should appear on the dashboard ofuser2@example.com

Hello. I followed the guide but I can't find the add entry command, place a photo to make it better understood.

Hi, the Sharing section is indeed missing. Please consider submitting a ticket about it to your service provider or Plesk support directly.
