In Plesk SpamExperts Email Security extension, when protecting a domain or clicking Manage in SpamFilter Panel, the following error message appears in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to add the domain 'example.com' into the spamfilter
One of the following messages appear in the Plesk logfile with debug mode enabled:

%plesk_dir%admin\logs\php_error.log(just paste this path in Windows Explorer to open)
CONFIG_TEXT: INFO [extension/spamexperts-extension] Making SpamFilter API request: /api/domain/exists/domain/pratonevoso.com
INFO [extension/spamexperts-extension] SpamFilter API response: ERROR: The API credentials provided are incorrect, please specify a valid API username and password.
Invalid API credentials are stored on SpamExperts side.
For troubleshooting, contact SpamExperts support using the form in Plesk:
In Plesk, go to Extensions > My Extensions and click "Open" under SpamExperts Email Security.
On the Professional SpamFilter page, switch to the Support tab and fill in the form with issue description.
