- PHP version under Domains > example.com > PHP Settings is 5.3 or higher.
extension is not supported since PHP version 5.3.
- Install PHP 5.2 via Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades ;
- Change PHP version to 5.2 in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings .
Note: Despite the fact that
was dropped since PHP 5.3, it was replaced with
(for PHP 5.6 for example). To use modern PHP handler, it is required to adjust website's code accordingly (replace
function as an example of such adjustment). If this is not possible, then the only way would be using the older versions of PHP.
