There is no shared IPv4 address on target Plesk. Subscription can not be migrated.

Issue Symptoms

I am trying to migrate some websites to a new server and I am getting the error.

- There is no shared IPv4 address on target Plesk. Subscription can not be migrated.

Conditions

There is no shared IPv4 address on target Plesk.

Resolution

The error message is self-explanatory. The target server does not have any shared IP addresses.

Please note that Dedicated IP address can be used for one customer/reseller only.

It is recommended to have at least one shared IP address on the server.

Go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and change type from Dedicated to Shared.
