Plesk event IDs for fresh installation are different than IDs after an upgrade.
Why Plesk event IDs are different for fresh installation and after an upgrade?
It is an expected behavior as event IDs stay the same as they were in the previous Plesk version.
The feature of changing event IDs to the values of new Plesk version is not implemented in Plesk yet.
