Hello I've installed fresh plesk onyx license (web admin edition)

but I can't change PHP version and handler from PHP settings

    I've 5.4, 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1 (fpm and cgi) but no dropdown (I'm logged as admin/root)

Hi! Do you have Custom view enabled? You may check permissions for Custom View at Tools & Settings > Custom View Settings > Hosting Tools, the PHP ones.
You may also switch it off by executing "plesk bin poweruser --on -simple false" in CLI.
Check https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213396529-Difference-between-Power-User-View-and-Service-Provide-View-in-Plesk for more information about different kind of Views in Plesk.

Hi, is there a way that not only the superadmin but also the customer himself can change different PHP versions? thank you!

    @Ananda

Sure, customers can change PHP version if they have sufficient permissions. Permissions are set by the Plesk admin according to instructions here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213374049-How-to-manage-permission-of-changing-PHP-handler-and-PHP-version-for-Plesk-users-

    Hello,

I have the same above issue: can't switch PHP version for my domain with admin user.

I didn't find the Tools & Settings > Custom View Settings > Hosting Tools page (italian version)

Can someone help me please? Thanks

@Enzo Cappelluti you should be logged as Plesk admin to change it, otherwise you could have not enough permissions to do that.

IF you cannot do it under Plesk Admin please create a ticket to our support department

    Hi Lev Iurev,

thank you for your answer. I was logged with admin access.
I solved by ssl with the following command:

plesk bin poweruser --on -simple false

    Greetings,
    Enzo
