A service node in Plesk Multi Server is marked as unsupported:
CONFIG_TEXT: Status Description
The node status is Unsupported<
The node is incompatible with Plesk Multi Server.
Plesk Multi Server service node license is not valid
Unable to activate service node:
PLESK_ERROR: The node has not passed validation. Plesk Multi Server service node license is not valid
On a service node side, the following warning appears in Tools and Settings > License Management:
PLESK_WARN: The Plesk license is not compatible with the Plesk Multi Server service node
Main Plesk key that is used on a service node contains an additional license for Multi Server on the licensing server side (Key Administrator).
Outdated or missing additional license for Multi Server at Tools & Settings > Licenses Management > Additional License Keys
Log in to the service node web interface.
Go to Tools & Settings > Licenses Management and click Retrieve Keys.
or, alternatively, retrieve the license via a command-line interface on the service node:
# plesk bin license --retrieve
