- DNS Settings tab or Mail tab are missing (not available)
- Option DNS zone management or Mailboxes is enabled in Service Plans > Default Domain > Permissions tab
- In Subscriptions > example.com > Customize there is Mailboxes menu set to 0
- Subscription is marked with a blue lock at Plesk > Subscriptions:
Subscription is locked for synchronization with the service plan.
- Login into Plesk.
- Navigate Subscriptions > example.com > Unlock and sync button:
