The option What to do with mail for non-existent users is set as Forward to address at Plesk > Domain > example.com > Mail Settings , however, emails are not delivered to the catcall address with the error:
PLESK_INFO: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local.
Misconfiguration in MailEnable mail server settings: the option Disable all catchalls is enabled in SMTP Security settings.
Log in to the Plesk server via RDP .
Launch the MailEnable Management at Start > MailEnable .
Go to Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors > right click on SMTP to open its Properties .
Select the Security tab and uncheck the option Disable all catchalls :
Click OK to apply the changes.
Open cmd.exe and restart the
MailEnable SMTP Connectorservice:
C:\> net stop "MailEnable SMTP Connector"
net start "MailEnable SMTP Connector"
