On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    on Linux (Ubuntu16.04LTS with Plesk Onyx 17.8) the tablenames are Case Sensitive and have to be adopted:

    Templates, Subscriptions, PlanSubscriptions

    Hello @Johannes,

    Thank you for the notice. Indeed for Ubuntu 16 case sensitivity should be taken into account.

    However, the issue currently is considered as specific to Windows servers. If we encounter a similar issue for linux, the article will be updated.

    hi, i forgot to mention: i had the issue on linux, after doing a plesk-migrator sync on a new server, then cancel/finish that, deleted all subscriptions. the issue appears on my server.

    how to REMOVE service plan ?

    Error: Some of the selected service plans were not removed. 
    Plan is used

    1 subscription view , but i dont have subscription this is plan EMPTY

    In this case, you most probably faced the databases inconsistency - some specific records are present in Plesk database leading to the situation that the affected service plan has subscriptions assigned to it, while in reality - it has no

    Try following steps from this article (see the "Resolution" section). It most probably will resolve the issue

    After migration plesk have this is error , i change rename service plan

    migartion NO ERRORS sync 2 website but 1 view EMPTY

    MARIA DB 10.3.14

    PHP  7.3.4

    CentOS Linux 7.6.1810

    Plesk Onyx v17.8.11

     

    Maybe  Restart service MariaDB ?  or Restart Server ?  or HARDWARE RESET SERVER !

    A restart of MariaDB service will not help here as well as a server restart and a hardware server reset

    None of these actions will fix the database inconsistency automatically - it has to be resolved manually
