Debian/Ubuntu system update shows a warning:

The following warning appears during microupdate installation or running
apt-get update
:CONFIG_TEXT:W: Target Packages (all/binary-amd64/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/50sw_autoinstaller.list:4 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/plesk-migrator.list:1
Cause
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-6049 that is planned to be fixed in future updates.
Resolution
Until the issue is permanently fixed, the warning can be safely ignored.
Nevertheless, the following workaround can be performed to get rid of the warning:

Connect to the server via SSH;

Edit file
/etc/apt/sources.list*
; -
Comment out any repository line from this file with a "
#
" character containing any of the following words:CONFIG_TEXT: PSA_
PMM_
SITEBUILDER_For example:
# grep -r "PMM_" /etc/apt/sources.list*
#deb [arch=amd64] http://autoinstall.plesk.com/debian/PMM_0.1.10 wheezy all

Hi @Rob, it seems you have commented out all of them correctly. Could you run the update again and paste the error here and also file mentioned in the error, such as /etc/apt/sources.list.d/***** ?
You can also ignore these errors which will be fixed in future updates.
I included that at the beginning of the output I provided. If you need something else, please let me know from which log you are looking for.
