Symptoms

Debian 8 system update shows a warning:

Duplicate entries in APT sources list:

Cause

This is Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-6049 that is planned to be fixed in future updates.

Resolution

Until the issue is permanently fixed in a micro-update, the warning can be safely ignored.
