- Plesk Onyx for Linux
- Logs have incorrect (old) timestamps after system time or time zone being changed in Plesk.
- The system time on the server checked via
dateutility is correct.
This is expected behavior. Restart of the corresponding services/daemons is required.
- Connect to the server using SSH.
- Restart the corresponding services/daemons to apply the time changes for the log files.
For example, restart
psaservice to apply changes for
# service psa restart
rsyslogservice to apply changes for main system logs like
# service rsyslog restart
Alternatively, reboot the server to apply changes for all required services.
Note: Consider rebooting the server in the maintenance time frame when the server is not loaded.
