[Migration] Failed to copy mail content of subscription. Most probably that happens because of a network-related issue. Check network connections between source and target servers, then run migration for that subscription once more. Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Failed to recalculate mail directory size. Mail usage may become incorrect after migration
Attempt #2 failed with the following error: Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code. command: su web44 --shell /bin/sh -c '/usr/bin/rsync -e '"'"'ssh -i /var/www/vhosts/examplec.com/plesk-migrator-key -p 22222 -o PasswordAuthentication=no -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o GSSAPIAuthentication=no'"'"' --archive firstname.lastname@example.org:/home/www/web44/html/ /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/' exit code: 23 stdout: stderr: rsync: failed to set times on "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/pic": Operation not permitted (1) rsync: recv_generator: mkdir "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/pic/cache" failed: Permission denied (13) *** Skipping any contents from this failed directory *** rsync: mkstemp "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/pic/.index.php.ebUwwS" failed: Permission denied (13) rsync: mkstemp "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/pic/.pixlie.php.BqPS1h" failed: Permission denied (13) rsync: recv_generator: mkdir "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/pic/jquery.fancybox" failed: Permission denied (13) *** Skipping any contents from this failed directory ***
There were several attempts to migrate this account and on the first attempt rsync did not have write permissions to the "httpdocs" directory on the target server, so permissions were broken before migration attempts.
This is a Plesk Migrator issue with ID #PMT-3292 that is planned to be fixed in future updates.
As a workaround, perform the following steps:
1. Remove the subscription from the target server
2. Migrate subscription again
