In case DNS settings are managed in Plesk:
Open Domains > example.com > DNS Settings > webmail.example.com.
Change IP address to 203.0.113.3.
In case DNS settings are managed on a registrar's side - access registar's DNS Settings and change IP address of A record webmail.example.com to 203.0.113.3
Note: After applying changes, it will take up to 24-48 hours to make the new records available on global DNS servers.
