Unable to access Plesk:

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Zend_Exception
No entry is registered for key 'translate' (functions.php:1780)
Plesk Administrator account is locked out.
- Connect to the server using RDP.
- Open Server Manager > Tools > Computer Management.
- In Computer Management navigate to Local Users and Groups > Users > right-click on Plesk Administrator > Properties.
- Switch to General tab, uncheck Account is locked out and Account is disabled checkboxes and click OK:
