In Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server, the Apache restart interval value is set to 0.
Apache restart interval is set to 0. When the interval is set to 0 - Apache web server restarts immediately after any changes of domain settings, which causes downtime of websites.
Open Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server.
Set Apache restart interval more than 0 for example 600 (interval is set in seconds).
Due to these settings, Apache will be restarted once in 600 seconds.
An alternative way to resolve the issue and avoid downtime is to enable Apache graceful restart.
