How to modify value of max_user_connections for MySQL/MariaDB?
Warning: the guide is for server administrators only. If you do not have administrative access, contact your hosting provider.
Note: Global settings of MySQL are not managed via Plesk. To increase value of max_user_connections, do the following:
Connect to the server via SSH
Edit the file
# grep max_user_connections /etc/my.cnf
max_user_connections = 100
Restart MySQL/MariaDB service:
# service mysqld restart
# service mariadb restart
If the solution above did not help, check the following: MySQL values open_files_limit and max_connections are not applied
