On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    Hi,

I tried your workaround for this and it created the domain and is marked as being in that subscription however when I view the subscription it does not show.  I can see it listed under subscriber domains but not under the subscription itself.

When do you think this will be fixed?  I see this ticket was updated 8 months ago.

I am on Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #38

    Hi,

this bug makes our work with Plesk much more difficult! Customers can not see all of their domains while viewing the subscription, which is why we have a lot of support requests.
I hope the bug will be fixed as soon as possible!
