Git push via HTTP(S) fails with 404 error

Symptoms

When trying to access git repository/push via HTTP(S), it fails with error:

Nginx only mode on

Cause

Extension bug registered with ID #EXTGIT-3 . It will be fixed in the future releases.

Resolution

Use SSH to access repository/push Git updates.

OR

Enable Nginx proxy mode in Subscriptions > example.com > Apache&nginx Settings
