WordPress Toolkit reports WordPress instance example.com as broken. The following message can be found in error details:
PLESK_ERROR: Error establishing a database connection. This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost:3306. This could mean your host’s database server is down." Correct database access credentials are specified in wp-config.php.

- Login to Plesk
- Navigate to Domains > example.com > WordPress > Instances > example.com
- Press the button Refresh in order to re-read WordPress settings.
