- Unable to add a new subscription on the Management Node in Plesk MultiServer in Plesk > Subscriptions > Add new:
PLESK_ERROR: Internal error: no service node specified.
- Unable to add a new Customer in Plesk > Customers > Add a Customer > Customers > John.Doe > Service node address > ServiceNode1 > IPv4 address type > only None option is available, even though there are some valid addresses on the Node;
- IP addresses are not shown as available in the
# sqlite3 /usr/local/psa/var/modules/plesk-multi-server/plesk-multi-server.sqlite3
sqlite> select * from ipAddresses;
- When trying to add a subscription via API(i.e. via WHMCS) the following error is returned:
CONFIG_TEXT: Order Accept Encountered Problems
Error code: 1013. Error message: Unable to retrieve node with requested IP addresses. The suitable Service Node for create subscription was not found.
This issue is caused by the Plesk bug with ID EXTPMS-1173 which will be fixed in the future product updates.
As a workaround re-save nodes in Management node > Nodes > node_name > (Do not change anything) > Save.
If there are more than 1 Service Nodes, repeat re-saving for all of them.
