Log rotation configuration is missing for a new subscription on Plesk Multiserver

Symptoms

Log rotation configuration is missing from Service Node in /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d , when Subscription is created from the Management Node.

Cause

This is internal bug with ID PPPM-7099 that is going to be fixed in Plesk Onyx updates.

Resolution

Until a fix become available, use the workaround below:

1. Go to Hosting Panel of the newly created additional domain

2. Go to Website & Domains > Logs > Manage Log Files > Log Rotation and select Log Rotation option in the popped up window. Then, click OK .

3. Make sure that configuration for the new domain is created in /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/.
