1. Unable to access example.com, or it's webstat page http://example.com/plesk-stat/webstat/, or it's maillist page http://list.example.com:
2. Plesk is configured to use an external DNS server in Domains > example.com > DNS Settings. Name servers are set not to NS.example.com, but to some external DNS.
3. The IP address 203.0.113.2 is set for the domain example.com in Plesk. The dig output shows the different IP address:

External DNS server's "A" record is set to a different server
Set up "A" record of the Plesk server for the domain on the external DNS server side.
As a workaround, add an appropriate record like below in the
file on the local computer. For Linux the path to the file is
and for Windows the path to the file is
