Difference between mod_proxy_fcgi.plesk.so and mod_proxy_fcgi.so modules

What is the difference between mod_proxy_fcgi.plesk.so and mod_proxy_fcgi.so modules?

Answer

This is Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-5490 which has been fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5. mod_proxy_fcgi.plesk.so and mod_proxy.plesk.so modules should not be used.

Note: mod_proxy_fcgi.so and mod_proxy.so are exact copies of mod_proxy_fcgi.plesk.so and mod_proxy.plesk.so modules which are created during the installation with the following command:

# cp -f mod_proxy_fcgi.plesk.so mod_proxy_fcgi.so
