    @Nucleus Inc. NOC, generally, the issue when Plesk is unable to resolve domain names may have different causes.

    One of the causes is described in this article. The idea is that file with server DNS settings has the wrong permissions.

    In case permissions of /etc/resolv.conf on your server are correct, make sure that server network configuration is correct and there no issues on ISP side.

    Had same problem. Checked about nameservers was correct, pinged ext.plesk.com and checked permissions for resolv.conf. Found everything to be correct. I solved this problem by simply restart Plesk: SSH-> service psa restart

    Hello @Oddis Privat, most probably in your case the issue was caused by CentOS update to version 7.5. You have applied the right solution.
