Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

  • Error during scanning WordPress instances:

    PLESK_ERROR: Unable to load object of type Domain with id=23: Domain does not exist.

  • There is no domain with id=23 in psa.domains table that is reported in error:

Database inconsistency.

Resolution

  1. Connect to the server using SSH.
  2. Back up Plesk database as described in the article .
  3. Login to MySQL using plesk db command and delete the entry from PSA database with the pleskId which is mentioned in the error message:

    MYSQL_LIN: mysql> select * from apsContexts where pleskId=23;
    +----+-----------+---------+-------+----------------+
    | id | pleskType | pleskId | ssl | subscriptionId |
    +----+-----------+---------+-------+----------------+
    | 2 | hosting | 23 | false | 1 |
    +----+-----------+---------+-------+----------------+
    1 row in set (0.00 sec)
    mysql> delete from apsContexts where pleskId=23;

  4. Delete the dependent entry from apsContextsApplications where apsContextId is equal to id from the previous step (2 in this example):

    MYSQL_LIN: mysql> select * from apsContextsApplications where apsContextId=2;
    +----+--------------+--------------------------------------+
    | id | apsContextId | registryApplicationId |
    +----+--------------+--------------------------------------+
    | 12 | 2 | 0b995020-2c82-4ba6-a5ca-428c7d4c5ad7 |
    +----+--------------+--------------------------------------+
    1 row in set (0.00 sec)
    mysql> delete from apsContextsApplications where apsContextId=2;

  5. Perform Scan once more: Plesk > WordPress > Scan .
