Migration from Plesk 11.0.9 version and below fails with the following error in Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager > select migration > Log > Download info log :
`- Subscription 'example.com'
`- error: Failed set permissions for statistics and logs directories for subscription 'example.com'
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.
command: /bin/chown psaadm:root /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/system/example.com/logs
exit code: 1
stderr: /bin/chown: cannot access ‘/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/system/example.com/logs’: No such file or directory
HTTPD_VHOSTS_D variables are different on the source and destination servers:
[root@source ~]# grep HTTPD_VHOSTS_D /etc/psa/psa.conf
[root@destination ~]# grep HTTPD_VHOSTS_D /etc/psa/psa.conf
This issue has been considered as Plesk Migrator bug #PMT-3934 and will be fixed in future product updates.
As a workaround, follow these steps:
1. Connect to the server using SSH .
2. Run the following commands in order to apply a patch as a workaround:
# cd /usr/local/psa/
# wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/panel-migrator/patches/PMT-3934
# patch -p0 < PMT-3934
3. Re-run migration anew
