Emails continue to deliver to the Inbox folder instead of the Junk folder in the MailEnable webmail after adding a mailbox to the black list with the option Mark as spam in Plesk.
Server-wide Black list allows only to mark or remove emails from specific mail servers:
- If an email address to be added with the option Mark as spam , all its emails will be marked as SPAM, however, they will not be placed to the junk folder.
- If an email address to be added with the option Delete from server , all its emails will be removed automatically.
