- Plesk for Windows
Let's encrypt certificate cannot be updated on Windows neither automatically by "Let's Encrypt Extension" task nor manually under Plesk > Domains > example.com > Let's Encrypt > Renew . The certificates are renewing properly according to Plesk:
2017-03-04 11:11:56,177:DEBUG:certbot.reporter:Reporting to user: Congratulations! Your certificate and chain have been saved at C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\var\modules\letsencrypt\etc\live\example.com\fullchain.pem. Your cert will expire on 2017-06-02. To obtain a new or tweaked version of this certificate in the future, simply run certbot again with the "certonly" option. To non-interactively renew *all* of your certificates, run "certbot renew"
However, it is not adding to the domain IIS configuration properly after the renewal from Plesk. The domain is showing the old SSL certificate.
Version of Let's Encrypt extension is lower than 2.0.2.
This issue is resolved in Let's Encrypt 2.0.2.
In order to resolve the issue please update Let's Encrypt to version 2.0.2 or higher:
Plesk > Extensions > Extension Catalog > Let's Encrypt > Update.
