Attempting to recycle or stop IIS Application pool at Websites & Domains > example.com > Dedicated IIS Application Pool for Website results in Internet Explorer 11 hanging.
This is a Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-6962, which was fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.8.
For Plesk Onyx 17.5 and earlier Plesk versions, consider upgrading to the latest Plesk version.
As a workaround, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer 11.
