How to import a mailbox data from another server or move mailbox data between email accounts in Plesk?
Answer
Mail Importing feature which comes with Site Import extension can:

Migrate mail content from 3rd-party mail services to Plesk.

Move mail content between domains in Plesk.

Install the Site Import extension, if it is not yet installed.

Go to Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Importing and click Import mail messages.

Fill in the fields:

Specify the email address and password of the source mailbox.

Choose and existing mailbox where mail will be imported or create a new one.

Click Show advanced options for more options.

Click OK.

Hi! There are no such plans yet, but feel free to vote for this feature on our UserVoice portal. Our developers are constantly monitoring the suggestions, and the most demanded ones are implemented in the next Plesk versions.
Hi, unfortunately, after reimporing/updating accounts, all e-mail addresses that I imported dsiappeared from the overview, but in the file: /usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-7/mail_migration_settings.json all adresses are still visible.
How can I restore my import status?

If I understood correctly after importing the mail content the mailboxes disappeared from Domains >example.com > Email Addresses.

I'm using Site Import Versión 1.4.5-411 in Plesk Onyx v17.8.11_build1708180301.19 os_RedHat el6.
I'm having issues with all email migrations. All migrated mails from a remote server appear to have changed encoding or format in the destination mailbox.
When the mails are downloaded in a mail client like Outlook or Mail (mac) all messages appear without subject, or from address message body is text with no images or format at all.
I've tried this with 2 different customers with different domains and from different cpanel servers with the same result.

Hello, email import featuring works very well.
But i have one question that irritates me a little.
I have importet two Email accounts from Gmail.
Without any issues, but the imported account have on gmail much less size of storage.
Ex.: 0,58 GB (Gmail) -> 1.49 GB (Plesk)
3,06GB (Gmail) -> 8.06 GB (Plesk)
Where does the difference come from?

Have imported many mails, worked great.
Have resynced for a few days to make sure mails delivered to the old host still get copied over.
Email "migration" now done.
How to clean out / empty the list?
It appears once the emails are in the migration list, they're there forever.
Everything was going fine migrating mails from one server to another until the import feature stopped working please help. Seems to be working but not showing any progress at all. Is there anyway to check the progress somewhere else?
