Unable to import MSSQL database from the server at Plesk > Domains > example.com > Databases > Import Dump (select backup located on a server) with the following error in Plesk UI:
Unable to import the [db_dump_name] dump:
There are no files in the uploaded ZIP archive.
following error can be found:

Administrator user was renamed at Computer Management on the server.
This issue has been considered as Plesk bug #PPPM-6969 and will be fixed in future product updates.
1. Login to the server via RDP .

4. Download and unzip attached filemng.exe file to the folder.
As a workaround, download the dump to a local machine and import it at Domains > example.com > Databases > Import Dump > Upload .
