- Plesk for Linux
After upgrading an operating system, it is not possible to access phpMyAdmin from the Plesk interface. The following error message appears in a web-browser:
PLESK_INFO: Internal Error
' Permission denied: #0 /usr/local/psa/admin/externals/Zend/Controller/Plugin/Broker.php(309): Plesk\Application\Controller\Plugin\ForgeryProtection->preDispatch(Object(Zend_Controller_Request_Http)) #1/usr/local/psa/admin/externals/Zend/Controller/Front.php(941): Zend_Controller_Plugin_Broker->preDispatch(Object(Zend_Controller_Request_Http)) #2/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Application/Web.php(39): Zend_Controller_Front->dispatch(NULL) #3/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/application.php(15): Plesk\Application_Web->run() #4
When accessing Database Servers or Database Hosting Preferences in Tools & Settings, the page goes to a redirect loop.
During system upgrade, client libraries or MySQL itself were updated and became out-of-sync during communication, because service was not restarted.
Connect to the Plesk server via SSH.
Restart MySQL using one of the following commands (Depends on an operating system and installed MySQL):
# service mariadb restart
# service mysql restart
# service mysqld restart
