Cause

License is not applied or a server with CloudLinux Network is not registered by activation key (or regular trial key).

Resolution

Based of the official CloudLinux KB article "How do I apply license/register a server with CLN" , activate the license performing next:

# yum install rhn-setup --enablerepo=cloudlinux-base
# /usr/sbin/rhnreg_ks --activationkey=1234-abcdefgh567klmnp --force

If the license is IP based, use clnreg_ks command:

# yum install rhn-setup --enablerepo=cloudlinux-base usr/sbin/clnreg_ks --force

Note: server hostname should be FQDN and consists of at least 3 symbols.
