- Unable to upload the file in WordPress:
PLESK_INFO: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini
Unable to update Jommla extention:
CONFIG_TEXT: An error has occurred uploading this file to the server.
The maximum allowed size of PHP to upload files is too low: This is configured from the PHP directives 'upload_max_filesize' and 'post_max_size' (locatable and configurable in your file 'php.ini' or '.htaccess').
Unable to find the installation package
- The .zip archive with the WordPress theme cannot be uploaded via Plesk > Domains > example.com > MY CMS > Log in to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Add New > Upload Theme > Choose File > Install Now without any errors.
upload_max_filesize limit is reached.
- Log into Plesk.
- Increase the value of
post_max_sizein Domains > exmaple.com > PHP Settings > upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
Note: according to official documentation, to upload large files,
post_max_size must be larger than upload_max_filesize.
